First international title shot for Robin Krasniqi

European Championship at Light Heavyweight (WBO) - Robin Krasniqi vs. Abdelhakim Derghal - 21st October 2011, Frankfurt/Oder, Brandenburg-Halle. The Fight Night on October 21st 2011 in Frankfurt/Oder will feature another title fight. Alongside the two female world championships with Susi Kentikian and Christina Hammer another talented fighter of the SES Boxing stable will enter the ring in the Brandenburg-Halle.

In the first fight for an international title Robin Krasniqi (35-2, 11 KOs) will battle for the WBO championship belt. "The time has come for Robin Krasniqi , that he steps onto the international stage," said SES manager Ulf Steinforth. The 24-year-old has already a lot of ring experience with his 37 fights, but he has never had the chance to make a fight for a interntional belt. The moment has now arrived as he will challenge the Frenchman Abdelhakim Derghal (14-11-1, 8 KOs) for the vacant European WBO crown. "I can finally come out of the shadows into the limelight. This is my chance for the way into the world class," said the by Dirk Dzemski coached light heavyweight.

In the focus of the Fight Night will be the female world championship twinbill of flyweight Susi Kentikian against Teeraporn Pannimit and the middleweight champion Christina Hammer and Vashon Living.

The TV channel SPORT1 will televise live from 8:00pm from the Brandenburg-Halle in Frankfurt/Oder.
